Great. More dining close would have been nice

We stayed at Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside during the winter and loved the location; just steps from the chair lift and gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. It’s also walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy, which made things easy for our family. The room had a full kitchen and fridge, which was great for preparing meals. It was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable enough for me, my children, and my brother. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant and gear store right in the hotel, which added extra convenience. On-site parking is available and priced similarly to other hotels in the area. Even though the hotel is right on the main street, it was surprisingly quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again in the winter. However, I didn’t enjoy the summer experience as much due to dust and construction in the competitive biking park, which affected the mountain views. Overall, a great spot for a winter family getaway!

Clean, quiet and nestled in the trees at Creekside Whistler. Will definitely recommend and return in the future

The only thing that’s annoying is the elevators but everything else was perfect!

Had an incident but hotel took responsibility right away and took care of the situation appropriately so will definitely stay again.

Has the best location, conveniently located at the end of Whistler Village. The unit was very clean and has the most comfortable bed.

Love the Hot Tub on the balcony. Quiet and private.
