Staff was extremely helpful. We brought the wrong adapter and there are no USB ports in the room. A lovely staff member let us borrow her changer for the few days we were there instead of us having to go out a buy an adapter. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Good location next to the train station and airport link.
Nice quirky room.
Only thing that let it down was the breakfast. It seemed to be a free for all and the hot food was always cold even first thing in the morning.

The staff is mostly great Chana, Anna and Daniel!
The housekeeping was not as good as it was. Also when they charged me at check-in the price was as stated but the exchange went crazy and almost $2000 more… not happy about what happened there maybe Sek to US to Cdn… was not correct! Will not return unfortunately 😮💨
