The hotel was lovely, clean and staff were very helpful. There was a delay checking in as our room wasn't ready but we were offered a free breakfast. We didn't eat there as we felt the food was very overpriced, there are many, many other more reasonably priced options.

Hotel staff was exceptionally brilliant helping us with taxi services, providing a good room and anything we needed help with, had great breakfast every day We had amazing time Mohammed was really help full and spoke good English and guided us with all our inquiries and kept our Luggage are check out and have us space to change before we went to airport It was really 5 star Service we had by all the hotel staff. We are really thankful 🙏

When we travel we like to stay at a locally owned hotel and CVK fits the bill. We booked a balcony room facing the Bosporus with a gorgeous view and lounge privileges. The room was great with a large jacuzzi, rain shower and small hammam and a wonderful bed. The seating on the patio is perfect for morning coffee and night time relaxing. I could have slept out there since the weather was perfect with the sea breeze. The breakfast was one of the best of many hotels that I have stayed at during this trip: lean Mediterranean food, tasty pastry, yogurt bars, and egg stations. The best yet was the spa section: big salt indoor swimming pool and a roof top pool, the spa- big marble hammam, the sauna, steam room and rest area. If you are looking for a spa hotel that does not charge extra for a wonderful spa, this is the one. On the top of this is the great staff from the door persons, front desk and the cleaning crews. If we are in Istanbul again, we will definitely stay here again.

This hotel had an excellent staff and a nice terrace restaurant. The housekeeping staff was excellent and very attentive. Front desk, staff and doorman were always there to help you. The view from the terrace it’s wonderful taking in a lot of of the local landmarks. We stayed here for five days. I really enjoyed it.

Gorgeous location: outstanding views out of the main hustle of a large city. Staff were superlative, just the appropriate amount of discernment. All my needs/requests were met swiftly. The restaurant(s) food were quite good, particularly Novitek. I did not partake of breakfast. However, the wine menus in restaurants could be expanded. My room location was exceptional with views of the Bosphorus beyond the pool. I enjoyed the pool area, excepting for the unruly children shouting and clamoring at my one visit. While the parents are responsible, staff might suggest to them to behave in a more appropriate manner. The spa was similarity quite good, albeit of spa of this class I would have expected a more luxurious waiting/lounge area. In sum, a sumptuous location and venue. In all instances, the staff will do their utmost to smooth any edges you might find.

My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was just OK. Nothing special, cold creamy eggs, no sausage, bacon, etc. YES the view is nice! So, in the end, set your expectations down to a 3 star hotel, with some of the smallest rooms you've ever stayed in, and you will be just fine!
