This is my second stay and just want to say the staff is incredible! Especially the Tuk Tuk to driver “Mr Sun“ I specifically came back to this hotel because of the excellent service, knowledge of the city and accommodations made by Mr Sun. Amazing employee. Thank you Palace Gate Hotel

I highly recommend this hotel. I was so impressed with it that we stayed there again when we returned to Phnom Penh. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast restaurant on the upper floor is excellent, with delicious food, and the rooftop pool and bar offer truly spectacular views. Above all, however, what makes this hotel so special is the wonderful hospitality of its staff. I am particularly grateful to our able receptionist Mr.V, who took such good care of us during our stay. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the Royal Palace and other major sights in central Phnom Penh, with many good restaurants nearby. When I return to Cambodia with my family, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Super friendly staff and good location in the heart of BKK1, an expat centered part of the city. Safe and clean. Its also an apartment complex for expats so there are residents whom are respectful and kind. They are not very good at enforcing health rules though, like noise pollution (loud loud music from the neighbors), and not able to reinforce the no smoking rule in the apartments. But the staff are always responsive and try their best to fix things

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very good location close to the Kings Castle and the river. Great top floor restaurant and bar. Simple but clean and good room.

While staff is nice and helpful and I was credited for with amenities. The first night they didn’t have a room for me. Secondly the wifi connection was very very slow and not consistent. The old manager Manny ran a great hotel but he is no longer there so this must be the problem. They need find a qualified manager to run the hotel.
