Valencia Coast Scuba Diving Vacations

The gym was a mini-gym; only dumbbells, a treadmill, exercise bike and kettle bells. It would have been hugely beneficial to at least have a bench. I was not informed prior to arrival, either whern booking or even days before that the pool would not be available, and had to ask at reception if I could use it before I was told it would not be possible. In addition, I booked a double room which ended up as two twin beds. The breakfast range could have been better (and warmer). However, the staff were very friendly upon arrival, and everyday upon returning to the room, the room was clean with fresh towels.

Location is excellent with easy access to bus and restaurants. Room is large and bright and comfortable. Breakfast was lacklustre. Menu is unchenged for our 4 days stay, ost disappointing is the dry quiche with undercooked potato masquerading as Spanish potato omlette, a popular breakfast item throughout Spain, Assortment of menu items is not generrous. For some reason, the faucets in the tub and wash basin are both loose.

Highly recommend. Very clean and such a lovely aestheic and decor! Staff were very helpful. Location of this hotal is perfect and is well connected to close by transport. Thank you to the team for making our stay welcoming!

Nice rooftop pool but area to swim in is limited

Everything about the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The restaurant had a good menu we really enjoyed ourselves. The bedroom was a little outdated but very clean and caused us no issues at all with comfy beds. However we were told by Expedia we could pay on arrival at the hotel. I sent my share of the cost to my sister but was charged through my bank account in uk currency. My sister arrived at the hotel after we were charged and we were promised a refund after she paid in Euros. As promised I was refunded but in Euros which meant I lost £33 in the exchange. Expedia sent messages and I also spoke to a human who said we could pay at the hotel. Nobody has been able to help me before and after this problem. Very disappointing.

Good facilities. For city location, pool is unusual but not big enough area for sufficient number of sun beds for size of hotel. Gym also could be bigger. Breakfast good selection but not everything replenished during each sitting. Late check out offered but for a fee. Overall lovely hotel in good location overlooking Turia Park.

Beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, the location was fantastic, and the property has such a unique charm. The only minor downside was that the shower floor was quite slippery, so it’s something to be mindful of. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Staff were very helpful and kind and rooms were cleaned daily. The Westin is in a great location by the old town but in a neighborhood with a supermarket nearby and next to the big park. Everything is walkable, but the bus network is great! I highly recommend.

I am an ambulatory wheelchair user and the hotel responded to my queries before the stay in a timely manner. We had a classic suite - it was very nice to have a proper sofa in the room and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the mini-kitchen facilities in the room as we ate breakfast on the terrace each morning but useful if you don't fancy going out. Breakfast was very tasty - each morning there was a bowl of pastries, juice, yogurt and fruit and then we chose from a menu - can thoroughly recommend the scrambled egg. Our days were made even brighter by Avril - a lovely cheerful, helpful waitress, who by the end of the week was anticipating our requests before we even made them. The pool is really just a little bigger than a hot tub, with jacuzzi bubbles and a fountain. I found it a little chilly (mid june) but it serves a purpose for cooling off and there are a few sunloungers to chill out on. We chose the hotel for its location - its not somewhere you would really go if you wanted to chill by the pool each day. The location of the hotel is brilliant - in the Placa de la Reina - virtually next door to the cathedral. There are a number of restaurants in the square and the atmosphere was really good at night. very vibrant. We ate regularly at Haus, and the Valencian Paella was delicious. We used the metro to travel from the airport, and to the beaches nearby. We had a fabulous holiday and would defiintely return to the same hotel if we visit again.
