Great place to spend a night,we had a room that had a view of Mont Blanc.Staff were exceptionally friendly and I felt they were genuine and they were pleased that we had booked their hotel,was very impressed with the lady that greeted us on arrival and she showed us our room,she made us feel very welcomed and made us feel that we were very important.

Lovely Alpine hotel. Amazing skiing after a 24” snowfall ❄️. Rooms are small but have adequate storage allowing you to stow your bags to free up floor space. Bar, restaurant and petite dejeuner were necessary as there are few restaurants in the immediate area. The food in the restaurants was well prepared and servers attentive. Everyone working at the hotel was helpful and friendly.

This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner.

The room was clean, we travelled in adverse weather phoned a head to advise we were going to be late. The guy we spoke to on the phone was absolutely brilliant, he spoke very good english and when we arrived he was so accimadating

What a gem! This hotel was awesome - the staff were wonderfully lovely, they had an excellent restaurant and the rooms were cozy and had everything you needed. The hotel is off of the main strip but accessible easily by train (train station is a 5-7 minute walk) and they also have a shuttle that you can reserve during the day. We loved it and would happily come back again.
