Excellent room, very spacious and great views from the tower. Very modern hotel. Only thing was it didn't have a bar so you had to leave the hotel to go for a drink. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There was an issue with parking though - we paid the fee at the hotel and then were charged again by the car park provider as none of the tickets the hotel provided to us worked (so cost over £70 for parking in the end). We were also stuck at the parking exit gate with a queue of cars behind so had no choice but to pay again. Also car park is a walk away and there isnt an easy place to stop near the hotel to unload luggage.

Hotel is comfortable, with rooms being a good size. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Myself nor my 15 yr old daughter could not use the pool/fitness center due to policy of age and no tattoos but my son and mother in law did and they said it was great. A few too many rules to get in but they made out ok.
All in all, the hotel was great and would recommend it.

A wonderful property super conveniently located adjacent to Nagoya Station. Our Club Room had a commanding view of the city and sunsets were spectacular. Our room was quite spacious and great aircon as it was quite warm during our visit. The convenience of being adjacent to Nagoya Station cannot be over-emphasized. Everything is there - shopping, dining, transportation connections (i.e. bus, tax, metro/subway, Shinkansen). We enjoyed our Japanese "washoku" breakfast in the executive lounge and it was a wonderful experience. They serve umeboshi from Wakayama with the breakfast that was heavenly (for those of you who know and like umeboshi, you know what I am talking about).
