Palermo Coast Scuba Diving Vacations

Our room was very tight. There is a bath tub in the room, not in the bathroom, which took a lot of space of the already cramped space. There was a common area right outside our room but since the AC was left off intentional by the hotel, it was too hot to enjoy the space. The breakfast was very basic. Most of the staff was helpful, except for one guy who was pretty rude to us.

Beautiful stay with a great location! It’s a lovely, clean hotel with 24-hour pool access, helpful staff, spacious rooms, good air conditioning, and a heated towel rack. However, the one thing I would mention is that they only have overhead showers, making it hard to shower without getting your head wet. The water isn’t powerful, and it goes all over the bathroom. Additionally, you can leave luggage, but there is no specific room; it just gets put behind the stairs, meaning other guests have access to it.

This is an unusual hotel located high on the mountain outside of the village core of Valderice. You will need a car to reach it and to visit the surrounding towns and sites. Be mindful of the layout of the hotel when booking your stay. Many of the rooms are difficult to access for those with mobility issues. Many, MANY steps to climb to reach the suites, which are not located in the main hotel building. You need to hike up a hill with your luggage, quite a distance from the parking lot and from the restaurant/breakfast dining room. We had booked a suite for four nights, and when we realized how much hiking and steps were involved, we asked to be put in a smaller but more accessible room, closer to the parking lot and dining room. They were able to accommodate, but no offer to refund the difference.

Excellent views and easy parking. However, the place feels very institutional and needs a refresh. I could hear someone snoring in the next room. Poor quality towels and beds, Breakfast was better than I expected.
