Southern Madrid Scuba Diving Vacations

- Easy check-in (about 5-10mins), can be done online as well - Functional cards to access the rooms; had one issue that was resolved in 5mins - I have not personally tried the food over there but I’ve been told it’s not terrible - I’ve not used the laundry systems but there is a paper in the closet with the prices; seems kind of expensive honestly since it’s a cost per piece of clothing; same thing for ironing - Rooms are very nice, bathroom as well, bidet included. Only thing is that flushing may be complicated for people with physical disabilities as it was already difficult without any. It’s a button that you have to push harder than what would be expected. The cleaning team is nice, but I will say that once it’s past 11-12, it is unlikely that they will pass again even if we indicate that the room is free to be cleaned - 2 different metro stations near (15 mins on foot: Suanzes has a hill to climb up a little and Torre Arias is much more simple. There’s also different bus stations nearby (28 -> Puerta de Alcàla; 105 -> Airport (big luggages aren’t allowed on); 153 -> no clue). Main city is easily accesible within 30-40mins - Communication with the hotel team is easy with a little Spanish skill; they speak a little english as well so it’s easy to bridge both languages - Gym available; didn’t use it, but it seemed to have enough equipment to work out Overall: 4/5, I never really had to think much about the hotel in a negative sense, but it didn’t stick out to me :p

La Habitación Que Me accedieron tenia la Tina donde Uno Se Ducha🛀Tapada, El aire Acondicionado No funcionaba, Y Hacía Demasiado Calor, Le Dije Al Personal De La Recepción de la mañana Que Si Podían Cambiarme De Habitación ya que Iba Estar 8 DÍAS más, Su Respuesta Fue Que me enviarían A un plomero Para Hacer Los Arreglos, El plomero fue y no pudo destapar la tina de baño 🛀 y el aire acondicionado tenía los filtros muy sucios Tan Apenas Pudo Limpiar algo y los volvió a poner No soluciono El Problema. EL personal De la recepción del turno de la mañana No es Amable, Tienen una Pésima Actitud, No Tienen Educación. Ahí 2 mujeres súper amargadas Y otro hombre amargado No recomiendo Alojarse en este hotel ya que El personal del a mañana de recepción No Son Eficaces en su trabajo y tienen una mala actitud

Very good service

I stayed here for the second time. The buffet and room were 5 stars. My wife and I were jet lagged and we walked out early Monday morning after breakfast to look at the pool. There was no sign saying the deck was closed. A woman started shouting at us and was unhinged. We left and apologized but nobody seemed to care. I understand doing maintenance to your property but don’t yell at your guests. Don’t think I will return if walking into a pool deck gets me yelled at. It’s still a special property near the airport.

Loved this hotel. The staff was great and helpful, the rooms were lovely and clean and the pool was an incredibly welcome respite on a very hot day. Plus, I loved the piano in the lobby (I even played a bit).
