Fantastic service and excellent place to stay !

Clean, convenient and amazing staff. RT bar is great as well

Great stay in the centre of town. Easily walkable to waterfront. Good bus transport links locally. Room clean, beds extremely comfortable, decor slightly dated (but is called the heritage hotel). Had good weather so only used roof top gym and pool/hot tub, great facilities. Didn’t go to the indoor facilities so can’t comment. Had a couple of technical issues with the booking but was sorted promptly by friendly staff. Staff also able to give good local advice and knowledge. Restaurant (run separately to hotel) was not open whilst we were there, shame we weren’t able to grab a coffee/something to get within hotel but lots of local options. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We booked a king suite and it was wonderful—so much space, great water pressure, comfortable bed and pillows, and such a friendly and welcoming staff. Loved the view and so quiet. Plus very walkable to the viaduct and eateries. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent quality accommodation, with parking facility, located very centrally in Wellington's CBD. Amenities included kitchen hob, microwave and washing machine. The studio was great for our 2-Night stay. Guests should be aware, however, that no housekeeping is included for stays up to 7 Nights - so no clean towels without paying extra!
