The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good, a variety to suit different tastes. The location of the hotel is proximal to busstops, a park and there is a regular shuttle to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Geneva.

Amazing property, outstanding staff (thank Nacho), comfortable luxury suite, good location (looked online like it was up a hill but they have an entrance at the base of a cliff that is a high end tunnel bored into the rock, leading to a lift that takes you to the lobby - very cool and convenient.

Room was clean, fairly modern.
Walk-in showers was nice.
Bedmattress elevated, required walking along narrow path on both sides.
My main complaint was when booking room on site, it stated there was air conditioning. There was no air conditioning. It was very hot in room. Would not have booked the room had I known it was without A/C.

Hotel is conveniently located to the train station and the main shopping/dining area. It was super quiet as well which was very nice. However, carpets in the room were heavily stained.

Have been coming to Hotel Butterfly for many summers as a base to hike the mountains and enjoy Zermatt. Close to train station, excellent staff, delicious and varied breakfast, clean and well appointed rooms and lobby and food related areas, safe and quiet surroundings. I could go on and on. See you next summer ☺️
