Staff were very nice & helpful. Long walk to Marienplatz.

Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly. Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!! No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

We were travelling as a family with a young baby and all of the hotel staff were so accommodating, friendly and helpful.

First off, the staff was super friendly and helpful, but the room missed its mark. The set up was awkward and a little run down. It could use a facelift. When the room was made up each day there was always something missing. It was either the small towels one day, or clean glasses the next, or the shower caps, you get what I mean, requiring a phone call to the desk every afternoon. It touted a heated pool/spa, which was barely staffed, the water was not very warm, the steam room was out of order, it was not worth our time. We were disappointed.

Easy and smooth check IN process. Good location. Helpful staff, I would stay here again.

Liked the friendliness of the staff. The room for clean and our stay for one night was good.

Clean room , perfect location to get to the airport by walking .

After traveling for over 24hrs with only minimal opportunity to get some sleep and crossing over 6 hr time difference it was nice to have a quiet clean environment to catch up on some rest before starting the next phase of our trip.
