Our stay made us feel comfortable and very safe

Very basic accommodation but also very clean, and a bus stop near by.

Lovely place, really close to the metro (couldnt be any closer) with a supermarket, shopping centre, and all other places you would need really close and a few minutes walk.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are tiny, but the daily maid service was very good.

Very charming old hotel, small rooms, but with a beautiful view to the lake. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for walking restaurants and shopping

Location of the hotel was perfect. Very close to “Old Town” which is a must to visit. Go across the street for the best bakery. The staff was exceptional.

Lovely clean and spacious loft rooms. Breakfast has lots of options. Friendly staff.

What I liked: The staff was so helpful, positive and professional. All of them were excellent, but particularly Brian, Pascal and Meia (sp?). Room for improvement: the Gym which I used three times needs a pull up bar. Overall the experience was an 11 out of 10 (outstanding!).

The hotel is larger than it looks from the outside as it is made up of a few different buildings joined together. For some rooms this creates a challenge for anyone with access issues because there are two or three very tall steps to get from the hallways the elevator accesses to the adjoining hallways for many of the rooms. If you cannot manage the tall steps you need to be in rooms numbered _01 to _10 on any floor. All other rooms will required manoeuvring your luggage over these stairs. Our group needed 2 rooms and they gave us rooms on different floors and sections of the hotel rather than near each other. Some of the rooms have wet showers, so if you have concerns about slipping in the bathroom, you will want to make sure to put in a request to avoid these rooms.

Definitely, the staff were nice and assisting in all ways. The room was nice and clean with moderne photoes of plants and people, nice. It is located close to town, so it does not take long, then you are in the center of the city. Also nice with healthy breakfast in the morning. Thank you for a nice stay!
