Clean room, great cafe, wonderful staff

Great walkable location with excellent, friendly multilingual customer service staff (Danish & English). The facilities were going through renovations but it was still all usable and will be beautiful when it’s finished. Warning - Copenhagen is not a cheap city for accommodation. Needing space for ourselves and our adult daughter for 4 nights, (more that a folding mobile bed), we opted for this apartment@ approx $AU1,000 per night it was more than we expected to have to pay but the apartment, property, location and service could not be faulted. Loved the ‘green’ initiatives! Would definitely recommend and return.

Cool hotel in a convenient area - right by the train station and the famous bakery! Plus, complimentary happy hour twice a day? I’ll definitely be back.

great central location!

We raised our noise issues with the hotel (checked in at 1am and the noise from next door was unbelievable), we had to do this via the in room dining number as the front desk was constantly engaged.
