The laundry service was great. The kitchen and staff were great. Some mild smell of cigarette smoke but otherwise no other concerns.

Beautiful stay. The staff was amazing - every need taken care of! The Japanese breakfast was lovely with a gorgeous garden view. The hotel is a bit away from the hustle and bustle which I prefer.

Beautiful hotel and excellent location!

Our room was very big and they made an extra bed for my son before our arrival, which was very nice. The garden is absolutely beautiful and definitely a bonus. It’s walking distance to Shinagawa station, so it’s very convenient.

Absolutely perfect for families

Small room in a great location, microwave and washing machine in the room was very helpful during the trip. The staff were very kind to offer me a high level room with a bit of the view of Tokyo Tower. I would try to book a bigger room next time. No frills hotel in Tokyo and decent for a solo traveler but will be hard for 2+ people to fit. They also offer the Yamato service for bag delivery.

Stanford decently friendly, though clearly overwhelmed by the crowds. Make sure you leave time for check in, because the entire lobby fills. The rooms were a bit worn and dated. The TVs were old and had only a few channel options and no streaming apps. Bathrooms were decent, though the toilet paper is so thin you can see through it and seems ridiculous for an expensive hotel like Gracery. The Godzilla balcony was also closed, so their one big attraction was inaccessible. Overall, I would spend similar money for a better experience elsewhere.

Absolutely loved how clean and central this location was! It made getting around much easier as someone who has never been to Japan. The train station is across the street which is helpful, but there’s also a lot of stores and restaurants in the same area. Staff were also extremely kind and helpful to interact with. Thank you so much again! I’ll stay here again when I return back to Japan.
