Great place to stay. Highly recommended

The staff were nice,had to pick keys in one place and cab it to the apartment,top floor ,elevator went so far to 4th floor and then lots of stairs .Apartment was good and close to centre of old city

As I mentioned before, the staff is very friendly and the cleanliness is excellent, but we were not able to sleep well, even with the room upgrade that was given to us. The air conditioning simply does not work as it should. For that reason, I would not choose to stay there again.

This is a very good cheap option for staying in Prague. If you're there for the city centre, there is a door to door tram service which takes about 20 minutes to the centre. If you are there for the Congress Centre, it's ten minutes' walk away. The hotel was clean, my room was very spacious and fresh, and the staff were helpful. The hotel does not offer any catering, and the only downside is that the bar/restaurant which shares the site and is supposed to function as the breakfast and dining option, keeps erratic opening hours. It is great when it is open, but do not rely on it being open at the advertised hours. There is a fridge in the rooms and a Lidl five minutes away, so nobody needs to starve.

Friendly and helpful staff on arrival and when asking for recommendations. Great room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Spacious bathroom. Nice outside space on the balcony.

The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. It is ideal for walking to many places and close to city transportation.
