The hotel was just ok. It should not have been classified as a resort and spa. Our room consistently had a sewer smell. The lounge was just a room with tables and chairs, there was no bar, vending machine or even a garbage can. Water is not free here, and our shampoo bottle was never refilled during our whole stay. The “restaurant” was only open for breakfast. If you wanted to get food during the, you had to walk 5-7 min to the shops strip. We used the “hot tub”, which was not hot at all, Luke warm at best but we’re still charged 20euros per person for 30 min. We met another couple staying there whose suite was right by the pool. Their glass door broke because of the wind. When went to use the pool one day, this couple told us what had happened and to be careful where we step because there were still pieces of glass to be found. Sure enough, there was some in the pool and around the area. The hotel should have cleaned it thoroughly and at the very least warned people about this. Although there were many negatives, one positive is the ladies who served breakfast every morning. They were friendly, warm and welcoming and a great way to start the day every day. All in all, we would not stay here again.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The views are spectacular and the pool was great to have. Highly recommend this hotel especially the room with the semi-private rooftop terrace. The crowds in Santorini are overwhelming and in this hotel you get that incredible view for yourself!

Absolutely a must stay. Never met a team so accommodating. Perfect location and extremely helpful.

Our stay was made truly special by the wonderful staff, Silvia and George. They were warm, welcoming, and efficient. They are a team genuinely kind and attentive. The view from the terrace of the hotel is beautiful. It is a nice and relax place to watch the sunset.

You cannot get to this hotel by vehicle which I didn’t know ahead of time. They “contacted us” on WhatsApp which I don’t have. Our driver once realizing you cannot reach by vehicle dropped us off at the bottom of the hill and said it’s up there. The phone number doesn’t reach anybody so after wandering around up the hills and down the hills for over an hour we finally found some nice person that could help us. He directed us to the hotel. it takes 20 minutes when you know where you’re going to get to the hotel up and down steep steps. We finally got the hotel and the room was not ready. We waited for 2 1/2 hours. Once we were told the room was ready, We went to have a look. When we tried to use the hot tub it was dirty with somebody else’s rose petals. There are no roses in the vicinity. There is no toilet paper. The air conditioning didn’t work, the TV was wasn’t working, safe wasn’t working, the coffee maker wasn’t working. Nothing was as it was advertised. The staff was not able to help with anything. We were never able to get anybody on the phone or speak to a manager. I would not recommend this to anyone.
