Really the only feedback i have is that there should be a nightly activity. But seriously if thats all that i can offer thats not a big deal. Solo traveller, made me feel special and welcomed when wanted and left me alone when i wanted. Perfectly relaxing. Safety is their top priority and appreciate all the extra efforts in ensuring that for all guests. Massage was amazing and can day enough about the bar staff. Vinaka for a relaxing few days!

Close to airport but very peaceful and lovely gardens. Staff could not be friendlier, and restaurant food was both varied and tasty. Easy, prompt shuttle to airport.

The property is very clean and close to everything you can think of. We could walk to a nearby shopping complex and many eateries. The host was also kind enough to share tips of where to go for dining and shopping around the area.

We had a fabulous stay at Ramada Suites. Our room was comfortable, and had a great ocean view. The stafff were all friendly and welcoming, especially Archana at reception, and our concierge, Nemia, was outstanding. We didn’t want to leave.

We’ve been to heaps of resorts in Fiji, but nothing beats The Crowne plaza! Best service, team there is so friendly, helpful and all super friendly. Didn’t get any bad vibe from any of them. Food was on point, a bit pricey but I guess that’s what comes with a 5 star resort like this. Definitely be back and staying even longer next time 😆 Staff that really stood out to me was Eugene, Jesse & Semisi! Lads were the best!

Staff, food and amenities really good. Had a great experience.

We had an incredible stay at the Sofitel. We had a family room which was clean and quiet and had a view of the ocean. Staff were lovely and so helpful, always very friendly. Pool and amenities were also perfect, the pool was so clean and so many empty chairs to choose from. We had a small issue with our air conditioner breaking one night and they moved us to a new room immediately, they made everything so easy. Highly recommend, perfect for families.
