The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay in Vienna. The room was quite large compared with some of the other places we stayed during our trip, and it was clean, comfortable, and felt recently updated.
The room did have air conditioning, although it struggled to keep up with the higher-than-normal temperatures during our stay.
The hotel is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood and worked very well as a base for exploring the city. After staying in a few places with challenging staircases, having elevators to the fourth floor was definitely appreciated!
One feature we especially liked was the option to skip daily room servicing in exchange for a drink. Since we normally decline housekeeping during shorter stays anyway, it was a nice little perk.
The staff was friendly and efficient, though fairly businesslike.
Overall, the hotel was well maintained, comfortable, and a good choice for our time in Vienna.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Wien. The room was spotless. The staff were so helpful. The location was unbeatable. I had lunch here on my last day, and it was delicious. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Would recommend it wholeheartedly and would definitely stay here again on my return to Vienna. Thank you.

The hotel is very conveniently located within the city very close to major transit lines. It features a modern and chic design aesthetic that was nice to come back to each evening. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay
