This location is very nice , we as a family like the mandarin oriental locations .. this one was excellent .. It’s far from what we need to do however it’s stunning am the kids loved the pools . Overall magnificent everything .. we had the connecting family suite .. everything was perfect .. over the top great service

Overall a nice hotel but customer service was actually quite poor. Valet was great. Check in person cold and a bad first impression. Hotel staff on phones in foyer whilst I was waiting to check out in a queue. Should be better for the price

Good sized rooms, in a safe and accessible location, easy for car service and sights. Pleasant staff. Room had a balcony with an amazing view, all the facilities of the room are good, though some space issues in bathroom. This is not a business hotel, so plug sockets, phone charging points are NOT easily accessible in room. F&B - OK, Breakfast can be a little chaotic in either restaurant. Lifts are slow and take time be prepared for queues. Pool area very busy, but pleasant enough for a few days.
