This place is a fraud. It was advertised as five stars and associated with another true 5 stars in the same building. But in fact this place , Family Apartments at Times Square was less than 3 stars. I booked 4 nights starting on 6/25/26. The place was spacious yet the furniture was outdated and filthy. The common hallway was full of curry smell. 10 minutes after I checked in, I left and moved to another hotel. I asked the owners to refund me, they declined. Please stay away from the facility, they are fraud and scam.

The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights.

Dont expect help from hotel staff as they have nothing to do with guests that book through this site. Had to communicate with room owner direct. No towels or access to the gym. When asked for them we received torn dirty towels. Very disappointing 😞
