Room was great, lock in bathroom door would have been appreciated. Toddler pool great but could be improved with a slide or working water fountain. Kids club seemed only open at night. Many exclusions in the all inclusion rate - should be included like coffees at breakfast, drinks at the pool at 11am and ice cream.

The overwater villa was a good try, but the overall experience didn’t quite match the premium price point, especially when compared to similar stays in the Maldives. The highlights were the dining experience. The restaurant staff were professional and nice, and the cuisine was unique and delicious. However, the service consistency was a major issue. While the restaurant team was great, the staff at the gift shop was shockingly rude. When I was purchasing slippers, a female shop assistant literally threw them on the ground toward me and spoke with extreme impatience. Can't believe I am in a high end resort at that moment. Another disappointment no unlimited water, this hotel limits guests to only two bottles per day and charges for extra. It felt quite stingy and "nickel-and-diming" for a luxury establishment.

Clean room that smell nice, towels were clear white with warmth. Room layout was super user friendly with 2 spots to lie my suitcase. Nice view from balcony to the private beach with clothes hanger. Nice firm bed with 3 different styles of pillows. Friendly staff that seeks to help out. Nice amenities - body lotion, flip flops.
