This is a lovely hotel. I really enjoyed staying here. It had a restaurant inside the hotel and also some across the street. Also, grocery stores across the street. It does have a shuttle to/from the airport. It is free from the airport, but you have to pay to go to the airport and I don't understand that at all. The room was lovely and clean. I would stay again.

I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

The drivers were on time. I needed the hotel just for a few hours to take a shower and sleep, and it was just perfect for me

Great location overlooking Lake Zurich with a wonderful terrace. Food was delicious, dinner and breakfast offered lots of fresh choices. We booked their sunset cruise which was a nice way to spend our evening, a little pricey but it was nice to see the waterfront this way.

It’s one of the best hotels I have stayed so far , excellent staff ,big rooms with shower and tub and extremely friendly staff very helpful and walkable to down town and excellent inclusive breakfast .I would definitely go back and stay in the same hotel .

This property sits in an excellent location which is close to the river, the river cruise station, the restaurant and the famous shopping street. A number of bus stops are also within walking distances. We got a junior suite and the room is spacious. I especially like the way that the toilet is separated from the main bathroom where the shower and the jacuzzi are. Yes, the suite has a very nice jacuzzi! If I have to complain, the TV reception appeared to have some issues since we tried to watch the World Cup and couldn’t really see clear pictures. Also, the door handle to the toilet was broken. Overall, great experience staying in this hotel!

Terribly far away only informed of their check-in policy after booking showed up to the property was in a disgusting state with no way to check in I would rate it a 0 even for a hostel

No frills. Clean and easy to check in.
