Such a beautiful hotel and perfect location of exploring the city! The Gold Room bar is such a gem. Looking forward to staying here again soon with my family!

Incredible hotel. You are treated like royalty from the moment you arrive. Beautiful room. Impressive dining options. Great views from the Sky Bar. Perfect location. The team is the highlight. Very professional. Very kind. We look forward to our return. Grazie!

Alice and the staff in the Gold Experience were beyond helpful. Loved the room, balcony and service overall.

Convenient for shopping and food.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
