I love it !! Recommended 100 %, friendly staff, clean,and great location!

The hotel itself was very clean and modern. The staff was somewhat helpful but not very friendly. The walls are so thin that we could hear our neighbours snoring as if they were in the room with us. And don’t be fooled by the pictures, even though the gondola runs above the hotel, it is not a ski in/ski out hotel. You have to walk 500-750 m to get to the lifts on very icy roads. And everything is extra, from using the fridge in the room, to the breakfast buffet and the hot tub.

Quiet area to travel from to other sites

The hotel is new and modern and everywhere is very clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of the Duomo and Central Milan. The staff were polite and helpful.

The room was spacious and a beautiful mix of old and new. Jessica meet as on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a converted residence build in the 15 hundreds and has been renovated with a beautiful mix of old and new. Sitting a few streets from the old town and a 15 min walk to the train station.

What a wonderful hotel, so glad my research led me to it!! I am very picky with hotels and am only happy in new luxury hotels and this hotel was fabulous! Even the air conditioning was wonderful and I almost never can say that!! Perfect hotel, will only stay here when I return to Milan from now on. Area around hotel is good too, with dining, shopping and gelato options you won’t be disappointed!

This was a beautiful elegant hotel with its marble floors and amazing location off of the plaza.

The evening attended was amazing, he was very nice and helpful. He welcomed me with all the Italian charm and hospitality. He gave me insight on what restaurant to eat at even thought the options were limited for a traveler without a car. The only issue I had was that theirs was no shuttle service and the taxi prices were pretty pricey from the hotel to the airport because they charge a flat rate. Even though the taxi from the airport to the hotel was much cheaper because they charge the regular distance rate as most taxi services do.

Great hospitality, nice comfortable clean rooms . Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was all great, facilities were decent, breakfast in the morning had something different every day.
