One of the best service I have ever had in the hotel industry. The customer service is impeccable. I was treated with utmost respect and assistance that made my stay worthwhile that I would stay for another week or month if I could. The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach.
It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice.
The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!!

Front desk was so helpful and nice. They even decorated for my son’s birthday and the restaurant staff gave him a cake and sang for him on his birthday which was a surprise to us. Beach in front of hotel was beautiful!! On our last day a lot of the staff came outside and waved goodbye until we left. Would definitely stay there again!

Just...wow. couldnt step 10 feet without staff asking if i needed anything. Beautiful property. Could get prime spots near the pool or beach without having to wait for a seat. If it wasnt for the 18 hour flight for for me, i would go every year.

When I go back to Boracay, i will only stay at Crimson. From the moment they picked us up to the moment we left, we were very well taken care of. The staff was so very friendly with genuine smiles. They take care of you!!! They even had a nurse check my mom when she was not feeling well. I can't stress that enough. The facility is amazing. The pool, the beach, everything. We love it here!
