My stay at the hotel was overall okay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful whenever I had questions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, which made things convenient. That said, there are a couple of small improvements that could make the experience better. Having a microwave in the room would be really helpful, especially for guests staying multiple nights or bringing back leftovers. An iron would also be a useful addition for those who need to keep their clothes looking neat during their stay. Overall, it was a decent experience, and with a few added amenities, it could be even more comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. All the staff were really nice & helpful. The hotel was in a great location for us, 20 minute walk from the metro station to the airport and 6 minute walk to the metro station to get into central Madrid. The bed and pillows were comfy so we got some good sleep. The shower was hot and powerful. The room was a bit tired and in need of a little TLC but other that that everything alse was great.

Room very clean. Difficult to coordinate check-in, there isn't 24hr front desk. Neighborhood can be intimidating at night.

The food was subpar, especially for how expensive it was. I ordered a margherita pizza which typically has fresh tomatoes and fresh basil on it. What I got was an overcooked cheese pizza. The bass in the music was booming. There was no wine by the glass. The service at the restaurant was terrible. I went in again at dinner time and never was seen. I left and ended it trying to buy a bag of pistachios at the grab and go, but the credit card machine didn’t work. I gave three stars because the room was fine, and the service at the front desk provided by Natalia was superb. The shuttle service was also very nice. The restaurant, especially because there’s no place else to eat nearby, negatively impacted my stay.
