This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner.

I would advice any visitor who have back issues to stay away from this property since the beds are pretty precarious. Our bed was very soft and bounce and the mattress springs could be felt in your body and face when laying down. Everuthing else is as spected. Great location for ski in-out.

We stayed at this hotel for 14 days. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Everyone in the concierge department was also very helpful. Rami, in particular, was incredibly gracious and helpful in assisting us in exploring the town and its surroundings. We will definitely be returning. Staff were fantastic - attentive, professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and adventurous stay! The manager Dylan was lovely from the moment we arrived he took time to direct us to all the great bars and restaurants! :) thanks again for a lovely stay!

The loveliest front desk lady was so thorough explaining everything about the hotel and the area. The hotel itself is a private villa with spacious, clean and stylish rooms and excellent amenities. Very safe, quiet and if you are lucky, you can get one of the 2 parking spaces just outside of the hotel. Within walkable distance to the center, which is a huge plus.
