Nice room, clean and a great location.

The room was spotless and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. I honestly could find no fault. We had lunch in the Grand restaurant and the French onion soup is to die for. I am disabled and travel with a mobility scooter. There was a young man, I believe his name is Oliver. He was such a delight and very helpful. He helped us with getting an uber and event assisted us on our walk to the car. He smiled and was just lovely. Also, I cannot remember her name, but there was a lovely Irish lass who walked with me to the elevator and outside to get my train. Just an absolutely delightful stay. Really enjoyed the Regency experience also.

Phenomenal place to stay. Incredibly comfortable beds, amazing lounge, clean, centrally located and helpful staff. One of the best stays at I’ve experienced and well worth the cost!

All you need for a couple of nights. Clean, friendly, parking, WiFi. Not the easiest car access straight off main road, but on main bus routes if not driving.
