Lake District National Park Scuba Diving Vacations

The hotel has everything you need for a city stay. Reception looked great and smells amazing. Studio apartment big with plenty of room, could have fitted more than 2 in the room. Had pretty much everything you need for a short stay, could eat in with no issues. Pool was clean and completely empty when I went. Pillows in the room were the worst pillows I have ever seen in a hotel, were like a sheet or paper. The train line that runs down the side, although not that frequent it was actually very audible in the room on the 13th floor. The aircon was substandard for the size of the room/hotel - would have been better to leave the freezer door open. Mattress was very firm, too firm for my liking but that’s just a personal preference. That being said I would definitely book again, will just need to avoid the extreme hot months and bring my own pillow

This was a fun property with plenty of space in the room for me and 2 grown kids (22 & 16). Everyone at the property was welcoming, friendly, and willing to help. Great location for the things we wanted to do.

Good hotel, close to Oxford Road station. Surprisingly quiet re street and traffic. Shame internal noise from corridor came through to room. Really lovely staff!

Clean basic room. Quite a lot of noise at night (not patrons but creaking and air con etc) Rooms very business with no personality. All a little tired (carpets and marked furniture). Staff friendly but disinterested The in room dining QR code didn’t work.

Stayed here on a Friday night in a signature room. Bed was super comfy & room spacious. Great location & easy to walk anywhere in a he city

Really great apartment & pool

Room nice; area great location. Breakfast was awesome. Evening snacks restaurant food was good. Things don't stay open late at night. My only negative is that they adjusted a charge on paper but not on my visa. Called the hotel line which I'm sure was not directly on site and then emailed and received no response. This was two weeks ago and associated with hotel charges from spa.
