We loved this hotel! So well laid out. There were 4 of use and I was worried we'd be annoyed to be in the same space for 10 days, but we weren't! It was so well laid out with the bathroom on one side and the shower on the other with 4 sinks in the room, a washer/dryer that worked. A comfortable couch. It was very clean too! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I really think it was one of the best hotels I ever went to! One thing I appreciated was your little kitchenette with the fridge and microwave. We used them a lot.

The best hotel we stayed at during our Japan trip! There was no breakfast option, but the room made up for it. A spacious room with incredible amenities. Getting to the hotel at the end of the day felt like getting home!

The size of the room was perfect for my group of 3. Fridge, microwave, and other kitchen ware all got used. Made it feel like a home. It was also a few minutes from Dotonbori which we spent a ton of time at. Made it very easy to pop in and out if we bought anything we didn’t want to carry. Lady at the front was super nice too!

The room was spotless, and Comfortable. But what was best about this place is staff were amazing! Everyone was so nice! They helped me with everything.

The location of the hotel is perfect! The room itself is very nice. However, there was never any staff at the front desk. We were emailed a manual on how to use the washing machine, but our machine was different than in the manual, and it was difficult to figure it out. Also, the water in the shower was hard to figure out. There were no instructions on that, and once we figured out how it worked, we never figured out how to get warm water, so we had to shower with cool water the whole time we were there.

Our family of 5 loved our stay. We loved the Japanese styled room. Hotel was the perfect location if you are going to universal studios. It is only a short walk to the front of the park and an amazing plethora of restaurants in city walk to choose from. It was clean and the amenities were endless. The breakfast was very good. Nice balance of Japanese and western options. Our kids loved it. Staff were very helpful on check out and assisting us in getting to next location.
