The hotel used to be much better 3-4 years ago. Staff are not helpful and some are rude. Also they don’t have the Aqcua di parma partnership they used to have.

This hotel was ok. I would not rate this as a 5 star luxury hotel, more like an average 4 star hotel. Valet parking was ok but not as easy as it could have been. Breakfast was chaotic, too busy and staff were not very helpful (food was good though). Tried to have dinner in the bar but service was so slow that I just gave up in the end.

Una atención excepcional de todo el personal, hotel es 5 estrellas, bello, uno de los mejores que conocí y reitero, la atención es excepcional. Esta perfectamente ubicado para acceder a cualquier servicio, en una zona segura por la permanente presencia militar en la plaza que esta de frente, justo en la estación del tren.

The Unique Hotel is a boutique hotel in the Brera section of Milan. It is a small hotel with clean rooms, nice breakfast area, and good selection of breakfast foods, freshly prepared. The staff is warm and friendly, willing to help with any reservations, and acomodations. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The location is excellent, with nice shops and resteraunts located nearby. Easy walk to La Scala and Duomo.

Clean, nice facility. Comfortable bed, good shower. Very good breakfast. Convenient location. Did not have enough baseline towels. Could not get the TV to work

The hotel was under renovation when we visited. It was very much overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was nice with a good range of options.
