Staff was very helpful and friendly, they were ready to help and they replied to messages super quick. They also helped us with a full day tour

Staff at time of my check in was very friendly and co-operative. Room is nice and clean, we have electric kettle in room but no tea, milk or coffee so please get your own tea bags or coffee sachet with you otherwise there is plenty available around there. Location is brilliant and very close to many city attractions, plenty of shopping around and metro station in nearby. Lot of local street food is there in that area. Breakfast is very basic but served the purpose. Overall, good experience, clean, nice room and it is definitely worth staying there in medium budget.

The rooms are very clean, the breakfast has a great selection and the location is at an amazing place. What was stunning was the views from the roof of the hotel, the ambience was just the best. I would like to thank Ahmed and the entire staff for being the best. Also, Ahmed does the best tours of Egypt. This hotel is highly, highly recommended. I wish I could just live there at this point.

Pro: Breakfast was delicious! Twin bed room was a good size and had a big opening window. Con: The entrance to the building can feel a little sketchy the first time as the hotel is on the upper floors of a mostly-empty building. But it is safe, we felt comfortable coming and going day and night, and the hotel’s space is bright and welcoming.
