9.2/10 Wonderful! (147 reviews)
Stay for a few days on our first time being in Rome. The area (East-end of Pratti) is very nice, quiet, pedestrian friendly and heavier with locales rather than tourists.
The restaurant in the hotels provides an excellent breakfast. The staff clearly have experience working together as a team. 24/7 staffed reception was a helpful benefit.

Did not like the bed and room layout. Difficult to get in/out of bed and lots of wasted space. Room very small.

The room was simple & clean. The light switches were very annoying, you never knew what you were turning on. The shower was excellent, but the space in the bathroom was too small, poorly laid out. Glass shelf above the tea & coffee was dangerous, my partner hit his head twice, very poorly placed.
The staff were excellent and breakfast was very nicely presented.
We would happily stay again.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,010 reviews)
I've been to Rome many times and the staff here have to be the nicest, friendliest and most helpful team I have ever come across in all of Italy.
We stayed in one of the Annex buildings which was right near the Spanish Steps.
Great location.
Beautiful very large room with a large newly renovated ensuite with double shower and double sink vanity. Upmarket room.
Our bags were taken and collected from our room back to the main hotel entrance and a luxury car ordered to take us to the port.
We could not have been happier.
10 out of 10.
Will stay here again next time we come back.
