Hot tub wasn’t working(freezing cold) and no robes in my room. Need bigger roller carts and cheaper or free parking. Other than that the room, view, amenities were excellent.

Room was clean, staff was so polite and kind and very helpful. We took our 3 year old daughter with us and they were kind to her and welcoming! (That means a lot - not all hotels are welcoming to small children.) they made sure to open the doors for us each time we came in with our stroller. We will absolutely be back to the Riu in Chicago! 10/10

Hotel was decent. We had an issue with our shower not draining, had to stop the water mid shower to let it drain so you could finish the shower without it overflowing onto the floor. Also, mattress had a big hole toward the middle. Seemed like time for a new mattress. Other than that it was good
