MOST BEAUTIFUL HOTEL EVER. We were in complete Awe from the moment we walked in the door. Super clean from entry door to the exit door. HIGHLY recommend. This is this only hotel we will ever stay in while in Miami. Front desk staff and bar staff service was a 10 out of 10. Only complaint was , the ice machine was out of order on floor 6 for the entire 4 days, so we had to go down to floor 5 to get ice which mad it inconvenient. OMG, don't hesitate, please book this hotel! Did I mention, Super romantic room!!!!!!!!! Watch him take a shower!!!!!!

Staff was outstanding ..however there were 2 bookings for me ..that I paid …I only used one obviously and have not received my refund as yet !! Almost 300$ …please advise as soon as possible !! Bonnie Hubel date of reservation
