Normandy Shores Romantic Vacations

MOST BEAUTIFUL HOTEL EVER. We were in complete Awe from the moment we walked in the door. Super clean from entry door to the exit door. HIGHLY recommend. This is this only hotel we will ever stay in while in Miami. Front desk staff and bar staff service was a 10 out of 10. Only complaint was , the ice machine was out of order on floor 6 for the entire 4 days, so we had to go down to floor 5 to get ice which mad it inconvenient. OMG, don't hesitate, please book this hotel! Did I mention, Super romantic room!!!!!!!!! Watch him take a shower!!!!!!

The room could use some attention. The beds where hard..the door lock was broke.

The room itself was very nice and spacious, and being on the first floor the patio area outside was private for the most part. The location of room 104 left much to be desired. You could hear anyone and everyone in the hallway especially bc the elevator was just outside the door. I made the reservation at least two to three months before my stay, but I believe that bc I got the room for a good rate through Expedia, I was provided with the (most likely) worst possible room location. Everything else was lovely —the tables on the beach and the music every night was perfect.

Clean rooms first class service great food, aesthetically beautiful.

Our room was spotless ,but most importantly the staff was exceptional in every facet
