The hotel property by itself is excellent. However, the service standards are quite poor. If you order anything in your room, be prepared for a weight of at least 60 to 90 minutes. That includes getting basic things like a dental kit or water.

This was my third stay at Amwaj Rotana, and it was the most special one yet as we celebrated my mom’s 81st birthday. She absolutely loves Dubai, and especially Amwaj Rotana. The hotel is beautiful, conveniently located, easy for her to navigate, and she always feels safe and comfortable here. The stunning views from the rooms make every stay even more memorable. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our visit so wonderful. Every staff member goes above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience, and it truly feels like coming home each time we visit. I can’t wait to return with my family again soon. A special thank you to Aco, Budikah, Karim, and Irshad for the seamless check-in process, their kindness, and for always being available to answer my questions and make everything effortless. Jude and Amir at the front entrance were exceptional. They always welcomed us warmly, arranged taxis promptly, helped with our luggage, and paid attention to every little detail that made us feel genuinely cared for. At the coffee shop, Purity and Wendy were simply wonderful. They served delicious fresh coffee and amazing cakes, always with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Great stay at Sofitel The Palm for 10 days Service was excellent, buffet breakfast was nice but more options would be better after day 5 we were abit bored with the selection. Great ammenities on the property - but due to conflict and occupancy few restaurants were shut. The replay sports bar was great addition for the fifa matches but due to popularity was very busy could’ve been better layed out or another outlet could’ve played it too. The pools were nice on the hot days but again due to occupancy and conflict the one close to the apartment was only available on weekends - would be nice to have pool side drinks offered. The Spa was great we did the Hamam and it was such a good experience the ambience of the spa area was so nice and relaxing. The room it self was lovely having and kitchen and washing machine was so handy Overall it was a great stay thank you team !
