When I arrived at night, the front desk staffs didn’t know English.
Next morning at 10:30am, I went to swimming pool and the lady staff didn’t let me in because she insists me to buy a head cap. I was there without my wallet or phone. So I was unable to pay with WeChat. She asked me to use Alipay! I asked her if they have a spared one or used one, so I can borrow for few minutes! she said no. She was loud and say “No”. “You have to buy. If no, you cannot go to pool.” A head cover cap cost only 20 yuan (US$2.9). Why is it making so difficult ? I paid almost a thousand Yuan for a night, and they didn’t let me to to the pool cause I couldn’t pay 20 yuan!!!??? What a pathetic Sharaton Brand Hotel. Do not expect me to come back again! Disaster, disappointed!

It was not to Sofitel standards, I was expecting more, cleaner room and better food. Only hotel in our China visit that charged us for in room water bottles! And initial deposit was more than our room fee! For foreigners this is not good, as double exchanges rates on credit cards charges a lot.
