8.8/10 Excellent! (900 reviews)
I did not think the hotel was worth what I paid for. Pretty pricey. The staff was not very welcoming when I arrived. No smiles whenever we'd come and go. Very disappointed. Also, the room was very small. The plus side is it was close to the metro. The train is very close to the duomo and historic center.

Room was clean, staffs are kind. Breakfast was good but always same menu. Satisfied but the toilet lid was really noisy when opened it every time.

8.6/10 Excellent! (105 reviews)
Good value for money in a good area of Milan. The room was clean, there's a fridge and cooking area so that was nice. There was air-conditioning, which was needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The only downsides were that the mattress wasn't super comfortable and the water pressure in the overhead shower was a bit off. There was no place to put the handheld shower head (which did have good pressure) so it was difficult to shower if you didn't want to get your hair wet. But those are minor things. Overall, great experience.
