Very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep. I was happy with the regulated temperature in the room, especially on the hot summer day when I visited Brussels. Overall, a comfortable stay and a reasonable hotel. Yes, the building and the rooms are a little run down, but they were well maintained nevertheless. It might not be as luxurious as other hotels with the same star rating, but for the price I paid, I thought it was very reasonable.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had some minor issues with the room; but the staff was very responsive to our requests. This was a very unique experience with the animation theme, which we enjoyed. It was close to the train station which was helpful to us because we arrived on the Eurostar from Paris and needed to take the ICE/DB to Berlin. We walked and took the Metro to the city center every day.

Room clean but very warm. Some works were ongoing but caused little disruption. Will stay again.

The outside of the hotel is having a major overhaul / revamp so is not at its best. Reception is stylish but once you are beyond that the hotel could do with a good dollop of TLC. A lick of paint on the walls, repairing chips on doors and other woodwork plus new carpets could transform this hotel. A good, well sized bathroom. A very large comfortable bed gave me a good nights sleep. I did have earplugs which were needed as the toilet system seemed to have life of its own. I'm not sure what was going on with it but it seemed to partially flush every 5 to 10 minutes throughout the night.

Standard Mercure. Area not great but close to railway station. Very clean and tidy

Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

At check out. They mentioned they will be getting renovated. Hope the issue will be resolved.
