Staffs are polite, speak good english and extremely helpful!! Room is clean, roomy and classy!! Atmosphere of the lobby is top notch!! Parking rate is $2000JPY per night if you need it. Located with in 2 min walk from Kyoto Station. Strongly recommend for everyone who visit Kyoto.

The spa was great! The rooms and much of the hotel need to be refurbished. The paint is worn in the elevators & on furniture. If you are getting a deal, it is an awesome place.

There is a pool but wasn't allowed in it with our 7 month old, even though we had a swimming nappy with us. That was a shame
