Room has amazing views

Welcoming staff who spoke excellent English. They gave us helpful recommendations for sledding with young children. Swimming pool was great. Buffet breakfast fantastic (cereals, bacon/egg, continental and self-make waffles). Check if there are extra charges for parking and the pool, as the hotel policy was changing while we were there (didn’t effect us as we had booked before changes).

Great location. So many places to eat at train station. Now phone in the room. Had to go down to the front desk to ask for more pillows. Good brrakfast. I am picky, and it had a variety so something for everyone. We had a really large room but looked in some other rooms, and they seemed quite small. Only complaint was there was very little furniture and very tiny tables next to the bed. We in the US are use to having more surfaces to put things and somewhere to elevate your suitcase. No drawers also. It would have been a pain if we were there for more than one night.

Very clean room and comfortable bed

The hotel is in a great location. The check in staff are superb and very attractive. There are good views from the rooms.

Beautiful hotel, clean, lovely staff. Amazing food. Spa facilities a let down

Staff was friendly, room was dusty, the wifi worked and there was free water. My room was locked a few hours before the check-out time but the staff helped me get into my room. Lot's of storage space and plenty of plugs.

Staff were so helpful and friendly, breakfast was so amazing. Real home from home feel about the place.
