Beautiful, clean rooms. Junior suite was spacious with very comfortable beds. The walls and doors are incredibly thick, so no noise gets through! The staff is so kind and helpful. Breakfast was very ample with delicious fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, trays of cheeses and meats and even vegan options. Many breads and sweet muffins/breads with a number of small of gluten free crackers/breads, etc. Lovely! Staff was so attentive to our needs! Good strong coffee and lots of teas to choose from. Street wakes up early with street cleaners and garbage pick-up, and some late night revelers, so if you're on the street side, maybe bring ear plugs? We really enjoyed our stay!

World class 5-star hotel. Best in Finland. The new gym and spa are a great addition. Wonderful historic hotel with exceptional service right at the heart of Helsinki. The rooms have amazing beds and top class linen, and they are incredibly quiet.

I absolutely love this hotel. Maritime theme was amazing throughout. The coffee and tea availability in the hallways was perfect. Love the decor and the names on each of the rooms of sea captains. And the rooms were absolutely clean. And thank you for the complementary glass of wine upon arrival with a personalized note.

Great hotel in Stockholm, definitely a recommendation. Great comfortable room, amazing breakfast and restaurant (and bar!), fantastic spa, and super location. You can take the boat right outside the hotel to get everywhere.

Ideal location to walk to many sites. Near shopping street, Tivoli & next to trains. Great breakfast, library bar and restaurant. Charming yet restored. I would stay again

Wow, what an amazing hotel and even better location!!!! The staff were unbelievably helpful, kind, and had such great energy!! We were greeted by Thomas who helped us during most of our stay and he is just wonderful!!! Thank you Thomas :) Pierre at the bar was great conversation and made amazing drinks! Okay, and the location…like could it be any better??? You are walking distance to all the best attractions and more!!! We will ABSOLUTELY come back and make sure to stay at Phoenix Copenhagen!!!! Thank you teaaaaam!!!!
