The room was spotless. The staff were courteous and friendly. I liked the 'Hugs' at breakfast. Francesco was always helpful. Amanni at reception was a big help with her recommendations. Maruzella and Venezia restsurants in area very good. Cafe San Pietro across street bad. Decor great but food and price not.

Beautiful property with a wonderful restaurant. Could have used somewhat better toiletries and when we went up to the spa, it did not seem fully functional.

Expedia Gold Member Status not recognised despite being advertised. Room very small. Had to ask for robes, even though these are also advertised. Location very good. Hotel not quite as described!
