Very charming but a little noisy between the rooms . We appreciated the generously spaced room with a separate kitchen . The lobby was generally very quiet with staff not generally visible .

Overall a very nice hotel. The room was stylish and comfortable, but we'd have preferred more drawer space. Our other grumble is the paper cups for hot drinks.

Really easy to check in with the code being send in advance.
Apartment looked much better in the photos than in reality.
We got some bad smells from the plumbing.
Great location, easy to walk to the Duomo and Sforza castle.
Only provided 2 knives, forks, plates, cups etc. so had to wash up every time?? - no point in the dishwasher for so few items.
