I specifically reserved the latter half of my stay (three days) for rest and relaxation, with the intention of utilizing this facility. Upon concluding my work commitments on Sunday and preparing to start my holiday, I was informed by hotel staff that the hotel does not possess a swimming pool. This direct contradiction of advertised features—a key selling point—constitutes a clear misrepresentation of the product being sold. The sudden removal of a primary recreational amenity has severely undermined the quality of my planned holiday experience and directly contradicts the expectations set by your property's marketing. とても綺麗です。早朝便だったので空港側に泊まりましたが、朝は道が混みタクシーで30分程かかりました。通常なら10分もかからないですが朝は渋滞してました
