We highly recommend this hotel for a weekend staycation. Very convenient place, it is close to the Healthcare City Metro Station, Wafi Mall and Creek Park. The staff are amazing, breakfast is great & the room is clean, spacious & comfortable and we’ve tried the calming sauna as well. Special thanks to Kristine for giving us the room at the high floor facing the creek and park - the view is spectacular and for the late check out. Thanks to Chef Diane, Ngu Wah & the whole breakfast team for their excellent customer service. To the Nysa Reception team: Tharaka, Susmitha, Cindy & most specially to Abigail for showing us the amenities at 2nd floor. Last but not least, thanks to the housekeeping team during our stay. Thank you all.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Attentive staff and welcoming. Room was good size with comfortable bed, good views from the south side of the hotel however at time of stay construction site at the north side out the balcony at time of review. Good breakfast options.

The hotel is very clean including the pool area and has the best view from our room (we have ocean+city view). The staffs are great,polite and hardworking. they are assisting the guest the moment you step into the hotel driveway until you check out. Blacksmith bar and eatery has delicious food. Breakfast is a lot and dinner we tried have big servings. Overall stay is superb. 😊
