スロフテレンでのロマンチックな旅行

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend. We paid a little extra for the superior room and it was worth the extra in my opinion. It was very spacious and comfortable. The room was nice and cool even though it was 30c outside. There is a bus stop behind the hotel. We caught a bus there that took us directly into town. The journey took 35 minutes. It is also only a 10 minute walk to the train station. The bed pillows were the comfiest I've ever experienced in a hotel. I'd love to know if they are available to buy somehow? The one negative of the stay was the check-in terminals. They were very slow to use. I like that the option of using them is there, but the way they are setup makes it look like you have to use them even though there are people available at reception to help. We would definitely stay again in the near future.

Ausgefallenes Design im Industrie-Loft-Stil. Das Personal war am Empfang und im Restaurant sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.Super Anbindung an Amsterdam Centraal und an alle Hauptattraktionen im Innenstadtbereich. Liegt in der Nähe viel befahrener Zuggleise. Mich hat's nicht gestört. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man es nicht.

Nothing special, if I consider the fee, to be honest disappointed.

部屋の出入り口のドアが壊れたまま(ドアの一部破損)だったので、開閉するたびに防犯ブザーのようなアラーム音がしばらく止まず、廊下からの物音や話し声が室内に丸聞こえで不快でした。 使い古しでほつれたバスタオルもあり、星2つの評価にしました。 ホテルの周りの環境やフロントの方の対応は良かったです。

冷蔵庫があればなお良いかと思います。

Amazing property. Our first room was quite intimate but we were moved on request to a room at front of hotel

Sebastian at the reception was very caring and tried his best to solve our problems. People in the same situation should be aware of this, but we are very grateful to him. We came by car. There is a street parking system near the hotel, but it is quite expensive. Sebastian looked up a cheaper parking option for us. It was about 10 minutes away from the hotel by public transport, but he kindly explained in detail how to get back. There are a few steps at the entrance of the hotel, and the room we booked had no elevator, so we had to use the stairs. It was hard with a baby, a stroller, and two suitcases. However, Sebastian helped us every time, and he even checked with their sister hotel to see if there was a room with an elevator available. We were not used to European hotel conditions and had not researched enough beforehand. Even so, we truly appreciated Sebastian’s kind and humorous support

スタッフの方は親切で対応が良かったです。場所もミュージアムに近く便利でした。朝食もおいしかったです。
