Le personnel est formidable et accommodant. Il y a eu une erreur de réservation et ils ont réussi à nous trouver une chambre convenable. Par contre, le service de nettoyage des chambres laissé un peu à désirer. Ils viennent changer les serviettes et faire le lit. Toutefois, il y avait beaucoup de poussière (on en voyait même sur les murs) et ils ne lavent pas la toilette quand ils viennent faire le ménage. Sinon, l'emplacement est parfait (accès facile au Tram).

It was the perfect place! Our room faced the canal and it was a beautiful space! Far enough out of the busy, but close enough to walk wherever we wanted to go! Definitely recommend this hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely stay. Bit quirky. Plenty choice at breakfast. Next to tram but not too noisy if you have the window closed. Would use again

Breakfast was great. No need for lunch. Room was smallish, which is common for hotels in the city center. Tram stop right in front. Close to train station.

The hotel is tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, yet still close to beautiful parks, trendy restaurants, canals, and shopping. It's a great refuge after a long day exploring the city. Our room was very comfortable and spacious for the 2 of us, and the hotel's backyard was very peaceful. We enjoyed sitting down for a cocktail (from the self serve 'honeaty bar' the hotel offers on site). Additionally, Roemer's breakfast is quite substantial and really tasty. I'm so glad we included that in the cost of our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be more happy to stay here again.

Great location. Well kept older hotel close to great restaurants, cruise terminal and canal. Great breakfast. A bit pricey.

I had an excellent stay at the Pulitzer! It’s a mini magical universe. Each and every staff member go over and beyond to make you feel at home and looked after ( much appreciated as a solo female traveler with hideous jet-lag). I look forward to returning!

Liked the property location, the ambiance, decor and the room, although the room needed some more traveler’s accommodations, like drawers. Also the staff was not very helpful at the check-in. We had to wait for two hours past the checking time to get the room we had booked.

The July was a home from home. Beautifully situated in the dock area of Houthaven, this contemporary hotel had a really traditional feel. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and give you the feeling that you’re not just a hotel guest in Amsterdam, you’re a resident. Hard to leave.

Awful room. There was a huge pillar through the centre of it that spoiled the aesthetic and sense of space. The decor was sparse, didn't have a good feel to the the room, felt cold.. The room rate was very expensive vs what we got for it.

The Pestana Amsterdam Riverside Hotel did not disappoint. I arrived early and they held my luggage and let me freshen up in the spa bathroom. My room ended up being ready at 130pm which was a nice surprise. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant, for breakfast and dinner, was delicious. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the espresso machine. I had the Superior Terrace room and I loved the terrace. I sat outside and enjoyed the bird songs. It was unusually hot the length of my stay and the AC was not strong enough. The room being on the top floor with the balcony glass doors created an comfortably hot environment by late afternoon through the evening. I rented a bike one day for €20 and ride around all day. That evening I was getting tight from riding around and was able to book a massage within the hour. The massage was fantastic perfect blend of deep tissue and swedish techniques. I didn't use the sauna or pool there was a couple with a happy little toddler that didn't jive with the relaxing state I was in. There is a bus ~4 min walk, a coffeeshop ~2 min, late night food spots and a bar open til 4A all within walking distance. I enjoyed being further away from Jordaan or de wallen. It alllowed me to see more of the city. I would definitely recommend.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. El personal muy amable. El desayuno es variado. La habitación fue espaciosa pero al dar a la calle era muy ruidosa. Como gentileza el hotel nos dejó tapones para los oídos, pero no minimizaron el ruido.

Clean. Ideally located. Close to everything. Loved it.

The best hotel, amazing location! Close to a lot of places waking distance also the rooms were big (US size) and clean. The staff was very kind helping us, they explained us where to get the Uber. I’m sure will come back on my next trip to Amsterdam. I took my kid and she really enjoyed the stay as well.
