Ac made noise the entire stay. It was very irritating and disrupted my sleep. Ask for it to be fixed but nothing happened

Due to an airline mess, we were stranded in FL and scrambled to get lodging. This hotel was so accommodating and the staff completely de-stressed us. We have stayed before on a trip that was not affected by flight delays/cancellations. It was good then, but this stay was even better.

Great place to stay with the family and dog. Friendly staff, fully functional kitchen. We will be back next year.

Property is clean and beautiful. Front desk staff is fantastic -- so kind and nice. The rooms are very clean and the beds and bedding are very comfortable. BUT ... $29 + 20% service charge + tax for a vodka martini? OUTRAGEOUS! This is the most expensive cocktail I have ever ordered and I live in Manhattan. AND ... a measured 1.5 oz. pour. (We had asked for Tito's vodka, but they do not have. Bartender suggested Belvedere. Was Belvedere a different price from Tito's? If yes, shouldn't we have been told?). The food in the restaurant is hit or miss -- some dishes delicious, some really not. Short of this, it is a beautiful boutique hotel and generally a great, great staff. Parsha at the front desk is so nice.

Grade 5 star hotel, amazing service. Very respectful great food room was clean super comfortable.

It was fabulous. A clean, safe, gorgeous resort. Very large, so a lot of walking. The walks from cottages to the pools, etc., were always enjoyable. There is so much to do! Many restaurants and activities, including a massive, family waterpark within walking distance. It is like a small city! There is a Walmart within a 5 minute drive. The cottage’s amenities were excellent. This resort caters to all ages. If you want an adult only experience, this is not it. The resort is family-friendly. Hundreds of sun loungers located around 3 large, but separately gated pools. Many private cabanas for rent. That said, very important info to know: do not call the resort front desk for anything. You need to call the Vstays desk (the number on your Expedia reservation) which has someone at it 24/7. The two desks are literally ten feet apart, but it was very clear that they are 2 separate entities. The main resort desk will not help you or direct you to the Vstays desk, which was odd. The lobby is immense and the Vstays desk is tucked in a corner. The people at the Vstays desk were extremely helpful and accommodating! Would return in a heartbeat. A note to Expedia: although you sent our reservation information, you did not forward the very helpful information that the resort sent to you. We received it the day we returned home. It would have been helpful, but we figured it all out.
