Great place, included breakfast had a good variety and enjoyable for everyone.

Place was clean and spacious. Didn’t like the fact checking in they tell you that you must do a time share presentation. I said no where did it state that. They have all your information and continuously call.

The room was huge with biew of pool and room had a door fro privacy do the 2 rooms. It was a great set up and the pillows and mattress were the best I ever had of my 25 years of travel

The resort had lots to offer and was overall a nice stay. The villa needed a bit of repair and needed to be cleaned better in certain areas. Not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, had to go to front office to get some more. The cost of the activities was a bit high (bingo for $5 a card) and there was an issue with the shuttle to Epcot. It was late both for pick up to get there and upon return we waited over 30 mins and eventually another shuttle driver took us to our resort but it wasn’t his run. The pool was great and having the small convenience store in the lobby was very handy.

My stay is a 3 star review I will list the pros and cons (area of improvements) Pros: -Nice view from the balcony -Waterpark was great, clean and plenty of areas for everyone. -Wave simulator was amazing -Security gated entrance -Great parking the garage -Beautiful front desk Cons: -Builidng needs some renovations such as new carpets and new paint on all the hallways. When I walked in from the elevator to my hallway I almost went back and cancelled, it was old dirty and very used carpets. Looks like from a cheap motel. Lighting and paint in the hallways also old and motel vibes not 4 start hotel resort quality. -Staff needs to be replaced with a better customer service experienced personnel. Every time I called for something that was missing they had an attitude. I was missing bar soap, a Do not disturb sign and when I asked questions about a certain attraction in the hotel it was minimal info and get off the phone vibes. -The property is huge and there is no shuttle from one side of the property to the other side to get to the water park. The walk one way is about 1/3 of a mile -No lockers in the water park so I had to find a beach chair to put my stuff in and it was all taken. Took 30 mins to finally find one open (no exaggerating) -The mattresses was not in great condition, I lifted up the sheets to take a look and had so much lint snd pilling I didn’t sleep in it, went to the other room of my suite and that mattress was a little better condition.

The absolute BEST trip and most amazing resort we have ever stay at. Highly recommend and will be going back again!
