Pretty hotel, cute room w mini bar, very friendly staff- would stay again.. calm neighborhood

This apartment was in an amazing location, but to get the key its a bit of a hike. The drains in both our bathrooms didn't drain and ended up overflowing the shower. The glass door had been broken previously and a make shift curtain was used with zip ties. The place advertised for 5 people but only provided 4 shower towels. I used them to clean the overflow and did ask for more and why. The reply stated they would bring some by, but they never did.

Great staff clean room

Staff amazing. Unfortunately we were there during a 30 year record breaking heat wave. Hotel had no air conditioning in the rooms. They did supply us with fans. Lobby and restaurant were air conditioned.

Everything was outstanding

The reception staff seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with the details of my reservation. Upon check-in, I was asked to pay an additional €75 for the bed, even though it was already included in the booking. Considering that I was paying €780 per night, this was disappointing and unnecessary. The welcome experience was also lacking. While I noticed other guests being offered wet towels and sparkling water with lemon, neither my friend nor I were offered anything. I have no idea why there was a difference in treatment. The receptionist who checked me in was not welcoming at all. She showed no warmth, provided no information about the hotel or its facilities, and simply handed me the key and pointed me to the room. The following night, I had booked a room with a water view and paid an additional €180 for this upgrade. However, the receptionist asked whether I wanted to remain in the same room. Naturally, I declined since I had specifically paid extra for the view. She appeared unhappy with my response, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. For a hotel in this price range, I would expect a much higher level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service. The reception team would benefit from additional training on how to welcome and assist guests properly.

Great service, wish I had been able to stay longer

We had a lot of trouble when none of the appliances worked because of an electric problem and you had to be a brain surgeon to get the washer to work
