Good rooms and idyllic place. Very near to Colmar French town.

This place was amazing. Private beach for the hotel stay, gorgeous pools- including infinity pool. Staff amazing and the room had an amazing view. I think all rooms have great views, our room was right near the pools so easy to walk to restaurant, beach. Recommend!

A French-themed resort on a mountain top in Malaysia was always likely to be a slightly bizarre experience, and so it proved. Enjoyable though - reasonably priced, conveniently placed, room was good, staff friendly and helpful, plenty of dining options. Biggest issue was trying not to end up in other people's selfies/photos. In-house laundry service was excellent.

Very good excellent. From room service to the kitchen every one was brilliant and the service given was unbelievable it was like personal service. Chef Arif what a chef. Always eveready for any help and explanation on every recipe on the table. Lounge supervisor Hana what a person was always available for any help. At the front desk mr Mohammad what a gentleman help us in every way and also his colleague mr shafiek what a gentleman. All this people named and also some of them which I don’t know their names were excellent. All of them went way beyond their way to give us an excellent stay. If I can give 100 stars that will still not enough. Loved it.

1. Toilet should have soft closure 2. Guider for birdwatcher and nature walk are good but can do better. For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin.
