Everything was good. It's the third time we stay at this hotel in the last 12 months. The lady, Alice, at the reception was really helpful to find a room for us that served our need. Much appreciated it.

The hotel is in a great location and is aesthetically a very nice hotel. The toiletries provided are exceptional (Le Labo)

The service was impeccable. The attention to detail, the personal attention given to guests, going the extra mile to meet all requests, unexpected surprises in the room in the evenints, promptness of assistance -- the service was exemplary. The duty manager Kevin during our stay was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make guests comfortable, including seeing people off at their vehicles when they were departing the hotel. The masterclass and DIY sessions for children were a lovely touch, and even there, the personal attention given to children was quite something. Besides this, the room and other facilities were great too. It made for the best experience possible, in central Hong Kong.

The place worked out well. They provide what you need. The gym is a little sparse but you can’t expect much from a hotel.
