Room is clean, staff are courteous, have laundry room. Quiet in upper floor. But the building is old and some furnishings are damaged.

The hotel is in a great location and is aesthetically a very nice hotel. The toiletries provided are exceptional (Le Labo)

The service was impeccable. The attention to detail, the personal attention given to guests, going the extra mile to meet all requests, unexpected surprises in the room in the evenints, promptness of assistance -- the service was exemplary. The duty manager Kevin during our stay was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make guests comfortable, including seeing people off at their vehicles when they were departing the hotel. The masterclass and DIY sessions for children were a lovely touch, and even there, the personal attention given to children was quite something. Besides this, the room and other facilities were great too. It made for the best experience possible, in central Hong Kong.

Our room was wonderful and spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff were super helpful and we’d happily stay here again!!

The room made us feeling like home. The harbour view is awesome. The staffs were very friendly, considerate and prompt to our requests. All in all, the experience is excellent.

Good location. The shared area is nice for eating take out. There is a small kitchen for food.
